The course prepares the learners for Paper 6, Integrated Business Solutions of the CA Final Examinations conducted by the ICAI. The course has been designed based on case studies released by ICAI & past case studies. The course is updated for all sessions held for May 24 exam. New case studies that are applicable for Nov 24 exams will be discussed in live classes that will be held from 9th September 2024. The live classes will be held in the evening post 7 PM and the class link will be available on dashboard visible to enrolled students on indigolearn.com / 1FIN App

Students will be provided notes in e-book form. The notes contain summaries of key concepts across subjects and case studies which can be useful for preparation.

The course will not cover individual subjects in depth. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of core subjects.
Summary notes for key subjects and topics will be provided to students. However, if students are not exposed to certain subjects like SCMPE or Corporate & Economic Laws, the course will NOT cover all those topics in detail.

Sriram is a finance professional with over 15 + years of experience. He has worked with MNCs, Investment Banks, and Startups-in the past. He has extensive experience in fundraising, M&A, Currency Markets & Capital Markets. He is a CFA charter holder, has completed CA & has graduated from ISB Hyderabad. His last employment was with Furlenco where he was heading the finance function.

Suraj is an All India Topper in CA across all three levels, with ranks 1, 4 & 2 respectively. He is also CIMA (UK) qualified. He has worked with BPCL in their Audit Function & also with Trafigura in their Corporate Finance function. He trains CA, CPA (US), CMA (US) & CIMA (UK) students. He is also associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in creating content and case studies for new course of CA Final.

Shiva Teja is a renowned Taxation Faculty. He is a practicing CA and a regular faculty at ICAI. He has taught over 8,000 students across India in last 10 years.

A Qualified Chartered Accountant & a graduate of Osmania University, Ashlesha has been teaching CA & CS Students for over 3 years. Ashelsha is also a Diploma holder in international taxation. In her free time, she loves baking and also runs a patisserie. At IndigoLearn, she teaches Corporate Law for CA Inter & Business Law for students of CA Foundation.

Yogita is a CA & a CS having All India Ranks in CS executive & Professional exams. She is passionate about teaching with over 4 years of experience. She believes in bringing simplicity to the subject by relating it with real life.

We provide access to full courses for CA / CMA / CS till the end of exams of a particular course. E.g.: Nov attempt courses are valid till the end of Nov Exams. Individual Modules have 30 days validity; Also, upskilling courses may have validity ranging from 60 days to 90 days - their validity will be mentioned in the course description.

Sometimes due to failure at your card issuer end or at the transaction processor end ( G Pay / Phone Pe/ UPI) or at our payment gateway end, amount may be debited from your account but course may not get activated. In such scenarios, we assure you that we will work towards resolution of the issue . Usually, transaction gets reconciled and money is either credited back to you or received by us within 5-7 days.
