I cleared inter exam in may 21 attempt and I completed 1.10 months of article ship .So my question is am I eligible for AICTSS Course or not?

Regulation 51E of the CA Regulations 1988 - an articled assistant is required to undergo the Advanced ICITSS-Advanced IT course anytime during the last 2 years of his/her practical training. Is it 1.1 months or 1 year 1 months of articleship completed?
