A Limited has two Associates, B Limited and C Limited, and owns 25 per cent of the voting power of B Limited and 30 per cent of the voting power of C Limited. Would B Limited be considered a related party for the purpose of financial statements of C Limited ?

No co associates are not related parties.only co subsidaries are related parties(due to common control)

Though they are associates still they are under the common control then how will not be related parties

Please refer standard once for exact meaning of control
