Sir, can you please let me know under which situation (i) disclosure in notes to accounts & (ii) disclosure in report of approving authority is required?

As per AS-4, a non- adjusting event may require disclosure in report of approving authority. Additionaly an entity may disclose some part in Notes to Accounts.

disclosures in notes to accounts are required for material contingent liabilities, commitments, and events occurring after the balance sheet date but before the approval of financial statements, while disclosures in the report of the approving authority are required for material events and changes in ownership of the enterprise, as well as material contingencies and commitments that arise after the balance sheet date but before the approval of financial statements
