I am not able to register in virtualmcs.org website. I am getting an error saying registration number does not exist/invalid etc., And i wrote an email to helpdesk and they replied i will receive my login credentials via an email from them but its been two weeks since and i did not get the login details.. if any of you going through the same or if you know who to reach please guide me

Did you check spam/junk folder?
Yes sir i check everyday, i am yet to receive the login details and the error during the sign up in the portal is still not sorted by ICAI
