Can anybody just check ques no. 13. The answer should be Rs 11642 but my answer is coming out to be 11342. Please help.

according to Section 53 of the Companies Act 2013 the company cannot issue the shares at discount except in case of an issue of sweat equity shares. Doubt is Can anyone explain me what is the meaning of sweat equity shares with any understanding examples.

How do we get to know which method of calculating managerial remuneration is to be applied ( whether % on Net profit one, or the slabs of effective capital one)?? How do we decide if net profit of company is adequate or not? Is there any benchmark ?

In TB returns are given on Dr and well as Cr side so which should be assumed as purchase returns and which should be assumed as sales returns??
