Why different methods of depreciation is used ??

latest answer

Depreciation reflects the consumption pattern of a depreciable asset. Each asset may have a different pattern and hence different methods. For e.g. Mobile usage and depreciation would be different from that of a Fridge.

Why is provision of depreciation account opened?

latest answer

Many companies want to show their assets at book value . They create a provision for depreciation instead of reducing it from the asset.

Feeling demotivated but, I will not give up!!

Accountancy

answered on 01-Aug-22 19:20

Hey guys, I hope you all are going well. Actually as the days are passing, I think my fear is increasing regarding exams. It's not about getting fail or skipping the attempt. But the fear not to score good marks. I have appeared for 2 mock test for accountancy and cost and received 45 and 52 marks. This makes me afraid that after putting substantial time, the efforts are still not in my favour. I didn't mean to demotivate you in any way, but just to share my thoughts and hear about you. I know this time is tough, but I heard someone saying, "tough time creates tough people". I wont be giving up on anything. Instead, I will do hardwork. Thanks for Reading. Please share you thought too.
