Since the purchase is on 1st October, and Interest is paid on 30th September - technically there is no interest.

Head office based on OS + Costs - Sold/Transferred. Refer to WN Branch is balancing figure.

bad debts recovered is related to post incorp sales but why we consider it as pre incorp

Bad debts are apportioned in sales ratio but bad debts which are recovered amounting to 7000/- should be presented in pre column as they are recovered before incorporation as per the rule.
