Preference shares are already paid you have to pay equity dividend now .... Q Ltd equity dividend will be 300000*10%_30000 so when p Ltd incorporate Assets of q they ll receive only 10000 cash

L:M = 5:3 M's share is 60%(3/5*100) of L So N share should be 60% of M N' Share = 3*60/100 = 1.8 NPSR = 5:3:1.8 Multiply by 5 in order to rounded off NPSR = 25:5:9
