Yes, Provision for bad debts is debited to Profit and loss Account, in Balance Sheet it is shown either on liability side or deducted from the head Debtors.

Sir in illustration 5 of module can you please confirm if the amount for CRR is incorrect as the ESC was 37500 but only 31250 is deducted from FV of Pref Shares Also it would be 27500 if I'm correct?
