There's no amendment specifically for CSR activities in Nov 22. There were some clarifications which were applicable for May 22 exams and onwards

As mentioned above, those points were applicable for May 22 exam also. So, there's nothing new for Nov 22. The points applicable for May 22 are applicable for Nov 22.
