If CSR committee is formed in a FY and in next PY the company do not fulfill the criteria whether the committee will continue

If the csr amt < 50 lakhs and there is no unspent csr money of previous year in unspent csr a/c then no need for csr committee ( The provision in the pic is omitted as per latest amendments)

If the Criteria under section 135 are not satisfied in any FY then there is no need to maintain CSR committee. Except If Co. is having any amount in unspent CSR Account (Rule 3 CSR Rules)
