Why that entry (coloured part) has been passed in partner capital accounts

It appears that there is an error in the solution. An entry: Beeta capital A/c ..Dr to Bank A/c 25,000 has been passed but it was not required.
But mam then balance sheet will not tally

It will tally. Increase in Bank by 25,000 and Beeta's capital by 25,000
