Admit card issue

I m not able to print my admit card though I have downloaded it.the window in image pops up as soon I give print option.can someone tell me what this image means. Is there anyone who have the same issue?

I have mailed and called them still no response. I have only one attempt left to download. Donno what to do

Exams are 13 days away - pls be patient - icai will respond or you will be able to reach icai in 2-3 days - don't stress over it too much . if all of you are facing the issue, then issue is with icai - they will guide you. pls focus on preparation
