Because B brought cotton in his own name instead of his principal A's name... But he completed job so A can't revoke Agency

In second example A can revoke Agency because bill is in A's name so there is no liability on Agent B

But B is doing it on his own account instead of As account .So he’s not performing the duty unless he does it in As account right

Yes A can take legal action and recover it form B later

But there is an obligation/duty arising out of it which the agency must pay for it. So, A can't revoke
