Manufacturing process employed on a agriculture produce (which cannot be sold in its raw form) and then sold ,will that constitute agriculture income or non agriculture?

Its agricultural income as it is not composite income (partially agricultural and partially non-agricultural) as the produce cannot be sold in its raw/ original form. The process (mechanical/ manual) employed makes the product fit for sale in the market.....

Yes it will constitute partly agriculture income
There is an exception see attachment.unless there is no market to sell in that form
