In company audit, annual reports submission to members at AGM either hard copies or soft copies to all members will give to shareholders. Eg. Even lakhs or crores of shareholders also

As per new Rules, Annual reports are by default sent by email and if some one specifically asks for them they are couriered. This was introduced -9 years ago. Prior to that crores of annual reports were posted / couriered resulting in a lot of paper wastage. As part of go green initiative MCA came out with rules to email the Annual Reports. So yes they ahve to be sent to all
