Whether first Auditor of a company can be appointed as subsequent Auditor ? If it is done then when will the subsequent Auditor's period is end in case he is individual ? * Conclusion of 5th AGM or 6th AGM ?

Yes, Company can re-appoint First Auditor at its First Annual General Meeting, who shall hold office for the period of Five Years from the conclusion of that First Annual General till the conclusion of its Sixth Annual General Meeting.
