Auditing
a first auditor(individual) can be reappointed as a subsequent auditor?? If that be the case he will be a auditor for 6 years

The first appointment is only till the conclusion of First AGM. The Act specifies the restriction for a term of 5 years. So the first appointment is not considered as a term of 5 years.

He can be a auditor for more than 1 term i.e 1year + 5years
