Does approved G.F mean that its registered under Payment of Gratuity Act or it will still be called AGF although not registered under POGA?

He said approved by law i.e., CIT I think its not of relevance as its useful only in case of salary that too for an employee

As far as Gratuity Fund is concerned for tax purpose it must be approved under Income Tax
