Articleship registration Doubt

Doubt regarding articleship registration. 102 filed but 103 is not filed. One year of articleship is completed. Now trying to file 103 form. It's asking for (1) work dairy and attendance sheet (2) stamped 102 form Required (1) is there any format for workdairy and attendance sheet? (2) 102 form is not stamped earlier. We cannot have back dated stamp now. Can we stamp it current date and upload it?

Regarding qst one- I can't Wrt 2nd- To my extent of knowledge ,we can do notary by back date but how much long such back date is again question mark.

Back dating of stamp is also not advisable. Work diary / attendance sheet - your firm should provide.
