I have registered for Intermediate Course through Direct Entry Route and commenced Practical Training of 3 years on or before 30th June, 2023. I have terminated or will terminate my training within 1 year . Will I be eligible for Intermediate May, 2024 Examination under the New Scheme of Education and Training?

I have/decided to terminated my articleship after completing 11 months 27 days. I have written inter nov 2023 and failed. Can I terminate my articleship and continue my articleship after taking a 6 months break by joining a new firm. And will I be eligible for Inter may 2024 attempt as I have completed 9 months of articleship

As far as I understand you should be serving articleship while writing exams. Please recheck with icai once.
