I have completed up to the 5th semester of B.Com. regular and decided to do 6th semester after 2 years and am going to commence articleship this month. Should I have to file form 112? I am only going to write 5th semester exams and not any other activities related to regular college

No!! Form 112 is termination of Articleship Which is not applicable for u and Without completing 6th semester commencement of Articleship is not possible in direct entry and also ITT Orientation should be completed before commencement of it If any possibility is there for joining without aforesaid information u can file form 102 commencement of Articleship within 30 days of joining 🙏🙏🙏
