Is execution of Form 102 on non-judicial stamp paper necessary? If yes, could you explain the process of the same. Date of commencement of articleship is 18th August, 2022.

Yes it is necessary. It needs to have a date prior to 18th aug. Talk to your principal or seniors in firm.
