Audit Plan or Overall Audit Straregy?

Which one includes the nature timing and extent of audit procedures to be performed by engagement team member? AP or OAS? p.s. I am aware that both are interrelated, but as you know, mcqs they can ask anything. So which one should i pick if asked in mcq?

Audit plan will include so will audit strategy.

Nature, timing and extent would fall under strategy.
