If auditor is individual = one term of 5 years If firm = two terms of 5 years My question is how to calculate these 5 years If same auditor continue 5 years = No problem If same auditor appointed alternative years How to calculate 5 years I.e, 1 st year he appointed as auditor 2nd year others appointed as auditor 3 rd years again 1st auditor appointment as auditor N

The auditor's term will be over after he vacates office and there has to be a gap of 5 years before he can be appointed again.

By what sir means, i understand that in your given case, he wont be able to hold office in year 3
