Sir, if a composition dealer takes legal services from advocate and he pays GST on RCM than also he cannot take credit of ITC on such legal service??

When tax is paid on RCM, after payment ITC can be availed.

Sorry I missed the composition dealer part. A composition dealer cannot take credit.
