No..Indian citizen is when you are citizen of India ie) holding valid aadhar card or any document of citizenship. Indian origin is when the parents or grandparents where citizens of India in past but the assessee is not Citizen and he settled in foreign

Yes right. Only Indian citizen can be deemed resident
