Big doubt?

Sir /mam.... I am going to write the ca foundation 2nd attempt in may 2022.I have paid fee as well..... But After paying the fee I m getting, the declaration.... Form I can see there....but in that my photo two sides are available with principal sign as well...... I am in chennai should I again need to post or go to nungampakkam icai branch to give that declaration form to send it or no need..... pls can any one tell me...pls...

If u can see your photo and your signature after save and preview option then you are done.whenever ICAI releases hall ticket you just need to take Xerox that's all.

If the pdf generated after paying fees has both your photo and your signature, you are not required to send the form to ICAI.
