It's always 2 for marginal distribution. We know bivariate Frequency Distribution relates to data collected on two variables simultaneously. Say students marks in Accounts and Law. Now, marginal distribution is frequency distribution of one variable (Accounts marks or Law marks) across the other variableâ??s full range of values. So, it will be two. One for accounts marks and other for law.

Each one will have one S0 2
