In case of sanction of bonus by converting partly paid to fully paid shares...should we consider crr or not?

Crr cannot be used for converting partly paid shares into fully paid by way of bonus It can be used only for issue of fully paid up shares as bonus
In practical question 2 and 3 the solution considered crr... how is that possible

Read the question properly That is not the case of converting into fully paid, Its the case of calling the final call and collect the amt from shareholders itself I also request you to send the question
