In this sum why bad debts is not appearing in branch adjustment?

You can take bad debts either directly to branch profit and loss or to branch adjustment and then to branch profit and loss

Hi, It appears in branch P&L and in the debtors account. So it is accounted for computing the gross profit appearing in the adjustment account. Adjustment account is used for reserve adjustments only. Hope that helps
