Just make your concepts clear no need to byheart or remember anything except some definitions.Make sure that in descriptive questions you remember side headings and write explanation on your own words. For practical questions write the provision and analyse the case by your own words by using side headings ...analysis and conclusion. Many tend to byheart without understanding the intention of the legislature, this makes them to forget in the examination and not able to attempt case based questions. So the less you mug up the less you will be tensed.Got 80 marks in B-Law with attempting every question in my own words excepts some definitions and key words. So understand it then you will find it easy. All the best!!!
