I have a few doubts in this regard: 1) Are these photo & signature requirements new (or) were they present in the previous attempts also? 2) My photo background is in blue colour. Is it okay or should I change it, as I did not face any problem in my Nov'22 exams? 3) My signature is not as per the exact size requirements specified in the circular. Should I change it too? This also did not cause any issue last time. So, is it mandatory to update all these? Kindly help me in clarifying these doubts.

Photo and signature requirements were there for Nov 22 attempt.. I think the cm requirements are only new..

For us Dec 22 CA Foundation students there was the white background specification, but it wasn't much considered. I and much of my friends gave photos of non-white background and there was no problem.
