CDS MAIL NOT RECEIVED

I have converted to new scheme still not received CDS mail and almost 10 days have passed. Please guide me what is to be done?

in your ssp portal is the application for the conversion is approved? if it is approved and still the issue is taking place . I guess you have to raise a ticket

yes it states manually approved and ticket is raised but they failed to understand what i want to say and gave a different solution for this

Send a mail , it depends on how you request to get the coupon, i got it with in couple of days , as i didn't want to waste my time on waiting..and it takes further 16days to deliver the books
