If any amt. in Capital Gains Account scheme is mis utilized, in the year of mis utilization, which amt. will be taxed? entire amt. or only the amt. of mis-utiization???

Not sure regarding this... but one cannot misutilise amount from CGAS as you need to fill an application for withdrawal of amount and has to utilise the same within such no. of days for the specified purpose only
