The link you have shared has outdated information. There have been some changes in the pattern of CMA exam but the old pattern is only given in the link. Anyhow Thank you

Thank you so much. So there will be one sitting of 120 minutes ? In one sitting we will appear all four papers ? Do you know about the number of questions from each subject and how many marks one question carries ? Is there negative marking in any subject ?

Yes. You have to give appear for all four papers. For passing the CMA Foundation exam, the students must score an aggregate of 50% i.e. 200 out of 400 with at least 40% marks in each subject. You can refer to the details of no. of questions, marks, section-wise weightage, etc. from the CMA website or from the internet. You can also refer to past year question papers to get an idea about it.

You have to write Paper 1&2 in one sitting of 2hours (usually 10.00 to 12.00). Then there will be a gap of 2 hours. After that you'll have to complete paper 3&4 within another 2 hours (usually 2.00 to 4.00). Each paper consists of 50 questions and each question carries 2 marks. No negative marking procedure. Once you have completed paper 1 in session 1(even within 15mins of the allowed 120 mins) you can immediately attend paper 2. Similarly if you have completed paper 3 in session 2 you can immediately attend paper 4. Since you're also preparing for CA Foundation, CMA Foundation will be very much easy, as there are barely 2-4 chapters( each 10- 15 pages) in Economics & Law, 1 chapter in Accounting, 1 chapter in Maths which you have to study in addition to CA. I too did the same for Dec 22 attempt and have passed both. As far as CMA Foundation is concerned learn all book back questions which will help you to score atleast 65 - 70+.
