Caf what happened in pass book for 7 th point

In 7 th point is it deposit cheque? What happened in pass book to dishonour either debit or credit in 7 th point ? Did cash book debit for such deposit in 7 th point?

A debit appeared in bank statement due to dishonour of cheque. So, Pass book balance has been decreased by 11,00,000 To reconcile, Add 11,00,000

Here cash book balance is same it is not affected but pass book balance is decreased due to dishonour I hope your doubt is cleared

As on 30th June, cash book is over stated by 11,00,000. Since, the reconciliation is being made based on bank pass book, it has to be added to the same. No change is to be made in the cash book.
