Calculation of distance travel

In this que dist travelled per day must be 30 one way so 60 both ways × 2 shifts i.e 120 per day per mini bus ,however while solving ans it is solved as 4 trips× 2 shifts × 30 kms which is 240 kms ,so can anyone ans it's logic?

The buses are parked in the company premises. So. for 1 shift it has to make 4 trips.

For pickup 2 trips and for drop 2 trips.
