What is the logic for reducing number of days to call an AGM is 14 days for a Section 8 Company while it is 21 days in other cases?

There's no logic behind this. It is just a Modification by MCA.

nothing is logic here it is just an exemption provided to a Section 8 company under The Companies Act, 2013

It is a benefit provided for Section 8 Companies as they operate with non-profit motive.
