Can anyone knows the difference between JOB ENLARGEMENT and JOB ENRICHMENT?

Job enlargement means doing the same work on a larger scale - for example from being a manager for 2 cities operations to 4 cities operations (in the same role). Job enrichment means improvement in the role of the person - moving up in the corporate ladder.
