In that case The grand daughter will refuse to pay Annuity to his uncle saying that there is no consideration from her side so I can't pay his uncle will sue her. My doubt is how can her uncle sue her ..I see him as a Stanger to contract because the contract is between grandma and grand daughter??

Consideration May move from promisee to or any other person .... ð???-In this case old lady given her property to daughter but that lady told to her you should annuity to maternal uncle For the daughter consideration is ---PROPERTY For the old lady. consideration is ---you must give annuity to uncle ð???ð???ð???ð???-------ð???ð???ð???ð??? No. Uncle here is not a stranger to contract. He was part of contract as contract was between uncle and grand daughter
