Heii can i ask you one more dbt.. In pahe 10. 25... Why debtors is calculated on cost of sales? Isn't it calculated on sales because the amount blocked in debtors is the sales amount na?

They considered it that way because the actual amount blocked in wc is only your cost and not the profit element. Ideally one should follow a single common logic everywhere - but icai has not done that - you please take based on sales and write an assumption
