Cash flow statement

In cash flow statement, If in balance sheet, there was a item given which is 15% debentures and 10% preference share capital and 10% investment but there is no adjustments regarding this. Whether we need to disclose in cash flow statement under net profit before tax, dividend, reserve as interest on debentures and income received from investments??
