MTP 2 and study material shows different ways on premium amount paid on redemption of preference share capital.why sir. Premium on redemption debited to p&l as expense. So it should be added back to get netprofit right????! MTP 2 didn't considered such premium ie, it didn't added back premium on redemption to net profit
