Change of Registered office of company (Sec 12)

Pls find in the image, a highlighted sentence which says that the company shall file the confirmation with the registrar........ Which registrar does the sentence mean? Existing or New?

When the change is from one jurisdiction to other jurisdiction in that case we inform to ROC of new jurisdiction bcz while we want to transfer the transferability info however we r informing to current ROC, so we just inform later ROC and also obtain permission of regional director and a copy of spl resoln
