If you are watching on APP then Can you please check if there is an update in play store, if yes then update. Then follow below steps to clear app cache and see if it works: Settings -> Applications -> 1FIN-> Storage -> Click on 'Clear Storage' and 'Clear Cache' & Re-open the App If you are watching on laptop, Try clearing cache using below steps and see if it works: chrome://settings/ search for "clear browsing data" Select "clear browsing data" option present in the end Advanced Select time range as "All time" Select "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files" Then login to IndigoLearn and see if it works If it does not work even then, please send a screenshot to support@indigolearn.com
