Companies Act Memorandum rules

Corporate & Other Laws

In this rule, what they are actually communicating? If a minor enters into contract through his Guardian, it must be legal and it belongs to the minor. But here they telling like that guardian is entered in his personal capacity. Can anyone explain me?

In short they are saying that the guardian is liable for the action not the minor or minors estate.

And the guardian will enter in his personal capacity. (How much he is liable or ready to take the risk). As per my knowledge this should be the meaning of a sentence.
