Before start donot to directly to sums .. 1st you should understand basics of the company Accounts What is share, Company, equity share capital so many .... And once you understand the concept and go to workout the sums( I.e) Similar sums 1st and then next sums. This is my route let me wait for other's ideas also it will help for us..... Tq ....................

Understand what are shares, share capital, debentures, forfeiture and what is separate legal entity? Then apply accounting principles you will be able to understand the entries.
