Boz We are the 2nd time issue this share to someone.. Thats why Of these 75 shares were re-issued to Soundarya by receiving 7 75*7 525

The forfeited shares are reissued at 7 when the paid up value is 8..that means forfeited shares are issued at discount.. This discount of rs.1 will be debited to forfeited shares ac.
